The translucent or the blur effect as seen in the image above, which is found at the Control Center, Spotlight, Notification Center, etc... is something that can be turned on/off as you wish.
All you need to do is to follow these simple steps:
- Open Settings > General > Accessibility > Increase Contrast.
- turn on the toggle to enable this feature.
