At GDC 2014 Sony announced a prototype of virtual reality helmet. Currently this concept is known as the Project Morpheus. Probably iys commercial version will be labelled differently. It's design is in such a way that even people wearing glasses can use them.Novelty has a wired connection and a quite significant weight, which however does not cause much discomfort. It's image quality is not at the highest level and areattimes being noticed with some defects such as slight delay signal and blurring.

The merits of the concept include a single system device which is developed by Sony. It also includes cameras and controllers move, as well as tracking the position of the entire persons body other than just head.
