CSS3Ps is an absolutely free cloud based plugin for Photoshop that can covert all your layers to CSS3. There is no need of updating the plugin and you will get all the latest features once they are out. It's very much easy to use, just select your layers and click the CSS3Ps button. It then directs you to the CSS3Ps webpage where the output is generated.
The plugin features support for vendor prefixes for cross browser compatibility, SASS & SCSS support, inner glow, stroke, outer glow, border radius & gradient overlay. You can select multiple layers & groups of layers at the same time & convert them with just a click, with additional support for blending modes, emboss & bevel. It's worth nothing that in order for the plugin to convert appropriately, you will need to use the correct Photoshop effects.
